As a Midwest wire harness manufacturer out of Pelican Rapids, MN we are known by our customers as one of the highest value offering companies in the industry. Assembly Engineering has supplied businesses with top quality OEM products at a value unmatched by it’s competitors for over 25 years.

Through improving process standards and focusing on our customers, we continue to hold relationships with many of the same companies since our doors first opened in 1976.

We are excited to announce a new building site that increases build space to double that of our previous building in helping meet this demand.

About Our President

Steve Strand -President, Assembly Engineering

In 1976, Assembly was founded with a machine to produce grease capsules for Honeywell as an OEM supplier. The original machine is still running today, and the spirit behind it leads Steve Strand and Assembly Engineering to improve and deliver value on every order.

Steve holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from NDSU of Fargo, ND. Outside of work, he is active on both the school board and city council and enjoys spending time with his family, following aviation and reading the Wall Street Journal.
